OrthoScan Opens New Europe, Middle East, And Africa (EMEA) Service Center

OrthoScan is proud to announce the opening of our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Service Center in Nuremburg, Germany. This expanded Service Center will provide access to technical support during Central European Time (UTC +1).

The EMEA Service Center opens on Tuesday 4, October 2016, and will provide the same superior email and phone technical support you have come to expect from OrthoScan. The EMEA Service Center is located within the Ziehm Imaging facility and is staffed by Ziehm personnel who are specifically trained to service OrthoScan devices. Additionally, the EMEA Service Center technicians have the full support and resources of OrthoScan’s Service Team in Scottsdale, Arizona – should a service call require level 3 developmental support. Furthermore, the EMEA Service Center maintains a full service parts inventory to rapidly deploy parts within 48 hours from inside the EU and ensures downtime is minimized.

Technical support is offered in English and German languages.
