Robert Morocco - Chief Executive Officer

Rob Morocco joined OrthoScan in January 2008 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining OrthoScan, Mr. Morocco was Chief Financial Officer for IsoTis OrthoBiologics. Mr. Morocco was instrumental in the company's listing on NASDAQ and its subsequent acquisition by Integra Life Sciences in 2007. Before joining IsoTis, Mr. Morocco was the Chief Financial Officer for Opus Medical Inc, a privately held sports medicine company where he was integral in the successful acquisition by ArthroCare Corporation. Mr. Morocco was also an executive officer for A-Med Systems, Inc where he was instrumental in the sale of the embolic protection business to Edwards Lifesciences and Orthopaedic Biosystems, Inc which was acquired by Smith & Nephew. Mr. Morocco began his career at Deloitte and Touche, LLP. Mr. Morocco has a BBA from Kent State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Anita Eaves - Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Anita Eaves joined OrthoScan in July 2005 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining OrthoScan, Ms. Eaves spent 20 years as the Owner/President of an independent distribution organization. During this time Anita successfully represented capital medical products including Hologic Fluoroscan and Siemens C-Arms. Before starting the independent distribution organization, Anita was a sales manager for a publicly held corporation, Circon ACMI. Ms. Eaves graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in psychology from University of Arkansas, Little Rock.

Christopher Eaves - Vice President, Product Development

Christopher Eaves, Vice President, Product Development, joined OrthoScan in November 2007. Immediately prior to joining OrthoScan, Mr. Eaves spent 5 years in the service of the US Government, handling development projects in the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Eaves received distinguished service citations and recognitions of excellence from the executive branch, foreign governments, and other USG agencies for his service. Previously, Mr. Eaves distributed capital medical products for Hologic, Philips and Siemens over a period of 4 years in the southwest United States. Mr. Eaves graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Jeff Zywicki - Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Zywicki joined OrthoScan in March 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining OrthoScan, Mr. Zywicki was Chief Financial Officer for several early stage companies. He has over 25 years of financial and management experience, 20 years as a CFO. Most recently, Mr. Zywicki was CFO for Aegis Technologies, Inc and Involve Technologies, Inc, both of which were software technology companies. Prior to those two ventures, Mr. Zywicki served as CFO of National Health Enhancement Systems—a healthcare information systems company where he assisted in its IPO, was responsible for its acquisitions and financing, and was instrumental completing the sale of the company for $100 million. Mr. Zywicki started his career with Ernst & Young. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting Major from the University of Wisconsin at Lacrosse and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Pete Kilpatrick - Vice President of Operations and Compliance

Pete Kilpatrick joined OrthoScan in September 2009 as Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Prior to joining OrthoScan, Mr. Kilpatrick spent 12 years at Stryker, one of the industry leaders in the orthopaedic market. While at Stryker Pete held positions in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory Assurance, and Service Management. His most recent role was the Director of Operations for the Stryker Communications and Imaging group. Prior to Stryker, Pete served in the U.S. Army as a Company Commander and as an Associate Professor of Military Science at the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Kilpatrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Colombia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
